We have a Student Charter which sets out the quality of service that we believe you are entitled to expect and also the responsibilities that are placed on you as a student.
We aim to ensure that your educational experience is both valuable and enjoyable and the purpose of the Student Charter is to demonstrate our commitment to you and to help you can get the most out of your time with us by actively participating in your learning and availing of the many opportunities open to you.
In addition, we are developing a range of Support Charters in areas of interest to students, such as Information Services covering the library and IT facilities and an International Student Charter. In addition a Charter for Student Welfare Services covering personal support services such as counselling, health and childcare is being produced. The main Student Charter is available on the University's website at www.ulster.ac.uk/studentcharter, where links are also available to the support charters. Printed copies can be accessed in all University libraries.
