DescriptionThis module is designed to prepare the student for the reality of the multimedia market place and is based around a lecture program and practical assignments designed to introduce research, management and production of short multimedia pieces. Students will gain an awareness of best professional practice giving them confidence to enter the multimedia workforce. In addition students will be introduced to the principles of typography, in particular its ability to shape and clarify information hierarchy, through critical engagement with and discussion of typographic exemplars.
