| This module aims to provide students with an in-depth analysis of the emerging field of Transitional Justice. Students will relate the dilemmas of societies in transition from violent conflict and/or from authoritarian regimes to the imperative of international human rights law and international humanitarian law. There will also be an opportunity further to apply that legal and structural knowledge to contemporary situations of armed conflict and transition. | |
