| A student in private practice will often encounter clients who seek advice on the making of a will or the administration of an estate. Students therefore require a basic knowledge of these areas. Often the advice will centre on possible litigation arising out of the process or some failure to safeguard interests and so students also require a knowledge and understanding of how to bring applications under the inheritance provisions. Students need to be aware of the financial and tax implications in this area. | |
