There is a perception that public service delivery has more to do with the stewardship of the public purse and efficiency of outputs rather than the effectiveness of outcomes. This module provides a thorough investigation into placing the citizen at the centre of service delivery and directing all processes accordingly. Customer Relationship Management tools and techniques are used to structure the needs, resource planning and performance evaluation of service take-up and delivery. :
